Why illegal money is being called "Black" money?

Why illegal money is being called "Black" money? 
Is not it a depiction of racial insensitivity..? Why to call it BLack? Why dont we call it blue green red purpule pink orange or yellow money?
"Black" is not illegal?
Shyam to sundar hota hai?
Sanvli saloni hoti hai?

Illegal money ko black money kahe ya yellow money ya fir koi aur color ka kah de issey kya farq padta hai.. illegal money to gair kanuni hi rahega na.. i am fully supporting the move of curbing the illegal money.. accounted or unaccounted... bas meri is bat se hai ki "black" word ko negative sense me use na kia jaye.. ye wahi soch hai jo kahta hai har buri cheez kaali hoti hai aur achhi cheez safed hoti hai..

The team will depart from Jamia's Ghalib lawn. The main purpose of this survey is to know the problems related to children in the Batla House's near by slum area very close to Jamuna river, to asses the situation, to find the remedies and finally tracing an outline to suggest the duty bearers to fullfil their's duty toward the children of the Batla House.
